We just got home now, we left for a appt. set for 3:30 To make a long story Short, We got to go thru the house before we went and Signed the papers. Then We get in the place to sign the papers We had to wait on a lady That had all the papers, We ended up having some coffee while we were waiting. Ron had to sign around 50 papers, if not,it sure seemed like it, I had to sign about 10 or 15. We was in there for 2 1/2 hrs. I think, then we waited for the other people to sign their papers. and the older woman came out that had the house, says I hope u love, like I did, and Tawnya spoke up and said that I had cried when I saw it, and that made her happy. then we found out we could not get the keys til Monday @ 5 pm cause the place was closed because of the hrs diffrences. So it is ours.. We just can't have keys til then...
Alrighty then, the signing is finally done and you are the proud owners of a new home. Thats just to great. That was cool taking pics while you were signing. I now isnt that something how many papers you have to sign? By the way did you guys get your van fixed? Have a great day.
